Greiner implemented a reliable and robust electrical infrastructure for important industrial customers in Russia – a cement plant and a copper mine. 55 fields of medium-voltage switchgear of the type GEMIS® (12 kV) with 3-fold bulkhead (LSC2B) and 21 fields of Motor Control Center (MCC) were installed.
Herausforderung
Industrial plants such as cement plants and copper mines place extreme demands on electrical infrastructures. They have to withstand the highest loads. At the same time, in this demanding environment , production interruptions are extremely costly. Safety and availability of the systems are therefore of the highest priority.
