Individual solutions, flexible production

We manufacture exactly according to your requirements – from special copper processing for custom-fit busbars to individual housings and modular scaffolding systems. Our modern CNC technologies (Computerized Numerical Control) and the modular production system enable us to respond flexibly and quickly to different station sizes and special retrofit projects. Our powder coatings provide long-lasting corrosion protection and can be customized to meet your specific requirements and brand identity.

State-of-the-art technology for precise results

Thanks to our high level of vertical integration in Germany and our many years of experience, we offer reliably high product quality and long-lasting solutions. Every production step – from planning and design to material procurement and processing to assembly, wiring, testing and final documentation – is systematically and precisely defined.
Our planning department uses specialized software to optimally implement technical requirements and identify potential errors at an early stage. In this way, we guarantee efficient and error-free project planning.

In production, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies:

  • Precise laser cutting enables accuracies of ±0.1 mm for machining steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
  • Waterjet cutting (waterjet process) cuts materials such as copper or stainless steel with an extremely thin, high-pressure water jet. Sensitive materials are thus processed gently and precisely without thermal stress.

In our specially developed and constantly state-of-the-art product series GENIMOD®, GEMIS,® GNS and GENIFLEX®, only high-quality industrial components from well-known manufacturers are installed.

State-of-the-art technology for precise results

Technical drawings, circuit diagrams and parts lists are created for each product, which are necessary for maintenance and servicing. After installation, extensive functional tests are carried out, including insulation measurements, short-circuit tests (for equipment types) and functional tests. The test procedures take place in our own test laboratory or under our supervision at accredited testing institutes and ensure conformity with international standards. This guarantees you smooth acceptance by grid operators and testing institutes and thus efficient commissioning.
